CPR-SOS Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: February 2026
We understand that emergencies happen, after all, that’s what we train for! However, because our classes have limited spaces and we like to maintain specific instructor-to-student ratios, we have implemented the following sliding scale for cancellations and refunds.
Refund Schedule.
The amount retained by CPR-SOS depends on how much notice is provided prior to the scheduled course start time:
Notice Provided / Refund Amount / Fees Retained by CPR-SOS.
28+ Days / 100% Refund / 0% (Full Refund)
27–21 Days / 75% Refund / 25% Processing Fee
20–14 Days / 50% Refund / 50% Late Cancellation Fee
Less than 14 Days / 0% Refund / 100% (Non-refundable)
No-Show / 0% Refund / 0% (Non-refundable)
How to Cancel.
To initiate a cancellation or request a reschedule, please email: contact@cpr-sos.com or call: 07930 55 44 72. The timestamp of your email or voicemail will be used to determine your refund tier.
